Delete Account

FariVideo users can request account deletion and removal of associated personal data. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, this process fulfills your right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR. In Brazil, it fulfills your rights under the LGPD.

How to delete your account

Email support@medrixai.com from the email address associated with your account and include "Delete Account" in the subject line. If you signed in with TikTok, include your TikTok display name so we can locate your account.

What will be deleted

Deletion removes your account profile, uploaded photos, generated videos, credit history, and associated metadata.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to verify account ownership. For GDPR erasure requests, we will respond within one month and may extend by two additional months for complex requests, with notice to you.
