Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of FariVideo, including the website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Operator

FariVideo is operated by Novaeve Technology Co., Limited. References to "we," "our," or "us" mean Novaeve Technology Co., Limited.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use FariVideo only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and any product instructions we provide. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for content you upload or process through the service.

You may not:

• Upload photos of other people without their permission, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or infringes others' rights
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Compromise security, overload infrastructure, or transmit malware
• Use generated content to deceive, defame, or harass others, including creating deepfakes intended to mislead about a real person's actions or statements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent

Credits and payments

The Service uses a credit system. Credits granted for free have no cash value. Purchased credits are consumed when generation tasks run. Failed generations caused by our systems refund the consumed credits automatically. Credit balances are non-refundable except where required by law or when we materially change the service.

Uploaded content and output

You retain ownership of content you submit to FariVideo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content to provide and improve the service. This license does not grant us any right to use your content for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, generated videos may be used for personal and social sharing purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use and publish them.

AI-generated output

FariVideo uses AI to transform uploaded photos into stylized videos. Output may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. Generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Termination

You may stop using FariVideo at any time and delete your account through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, or misused the service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Copyright complaints

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@medrixai.com with "Copyright Complaint" in the subject line, including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

Export controls

The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a national of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes, or if you are on a restricted party list.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

For users located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, nothing in these terms deprives you of the protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your jurisdiction where required by applicable law.

For all other users, disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novaeve Technology Co., Limited regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
